    Hi,

Microsoft restricts Business Central SaaS trials in some regions.

That’s why the free trial page blocks you.

    Partner Assistance
If you want a full environment with production-like features, a Microsoft Partner can provision a sandbox or demo tenant for you.

    Hi,

Business Central Online is region-limited. To test it for free:

Sign up for a Business Central trial via Business Central | Microsoft Dynamics 365

If your region is unsupported, use a supported region (trial tenant is cloud-based; you can select region during signup).

You’ll get full access to standard modules, AI features, Copilot, and Power BI integration for evaluation.

Alternatively, use partner-provided sandbox tenants if the Microsoft trial is unavailable in your location.

    Thanks

    Hi
    • Microsoft doesn’t provide a permanent free online Business Central environment, but you can get one through a trial.

    • The easiest way is to go to Dynamics 365 Business Central free trial and sign up with a work or school email address (personal emails like Gmail/Outlook won’t work). This gives you a 30-day online sandbox with Copilot, Power BI, and other integrations enabled.

    • If you’re a partner (via Microsoft Partner Network), you can also create a longer-term test environment through Microsoft Partner Center.

    • Another option: use a Docker / local sandbox to test functionality, but Copilot/AI features and Power BI integration require the online (cloud) version.

    Thanks

    Nimsara
